Love cracked - The movie !

Life was getting boring. Nothing new was glistening across the big screen then suddenly it came to me. Love-Cracked the movie!!! One of life’s treasures had finally arrived and made it all seem worth while.

This independent cinema gem of a movie will thrill, shock, disgust and excite every brain cell in the blob of grey matter inside your skull. It might even turn you on a bit but we won’t go there! It’s a tribute with a twist to H.P. Lovecraft and his creepy spooked out stories and composed of a string of film shorts sporadically held together by a fruitcake journalist (Biff Juggernaut’s very own Elias aka. confirmed lunatic!). Its low budget satire with a big green gooey heart that will strike a chord in any Troma fans banjo and even stars Lyodd Kaufman himself (in his usual plug-o-movie way).

If your familiar with Lovecraft’s work then you might recognise the stories but either way you wont care, especially when you cop a glance at the tits in Re-Penertrator! Screams of “core blimey guv!” And “get a load of this!” where being hailed from the itsonlyamovie sofa as the mad scientist banged the dead girl who was oozing with green mucus and screaming for balls (interested yet? – I bet you are! ). Well if you think that’s the highlight of the movie you’re mistaken. There is plenty more onslaught where that came from. Bug boy was another. That was downright putrid.

As you follow the antics of the zany reporter who is piecing together his documentary you begin to realise that you actually haven’t learnt shit about H.P. but never the less enjoyed every minute. Elias and his crazy antics had me in stitches and really makes the movie what it is, A bloody low budget masterpiece of creative trash cinema!

The limited region 0 dvd is worth hunting down as this is going to become very collectable and it’s packed with extra features, more short films and a very funny easter egg ( not the sort made from chocolate dumb arse) and no, I am not just tell you where it is so, if you need to find out you’ll have to e-mail me. One of the shorts featured in the extra’s on the dvd is Biff Juggernaut’s “The voice inside”. This film is sick! Try shagging yourself up the arse with a hammer then. NOOO!

A nuff respect goes out to these guys and when they are producing films like this I wanna watch em’ all! Great stuff and not to be missed !
